Anyone got this game? I'll be getting it once my new computer is built.

I've played it online at my friend's house quite a few times and it's a very enjoyable game.

I do. Been a while since I played it tho... Online is fun but only if you know some guys to team upwith, on a lot of servers they played 'solo' and that's the first step to loosing every freaking battle  .

I'm not all that brilliant either

I just said to my friend Duggie (who's a member of the forum): "How would you describe the way I play BF2?" and he replied, "Badly" :haha:

I kinda...just rush into things, without thinking. I don't play very strategically.

Lol, that's not the way no. Battlefield is all about being sneaky or workingin teams. Rushing into battle only gets you killed.

It is good to go 'Kamakaze' sometimes though  My best ever 'Killing Streak' is 3. My worst ever 'Death Streak' is 12  I can go a whole round without killing one person.

Haha, well, we can always use you as a distraction so you run towards the enemy, you get killed, we try to kill the enemy. Sounds like a plan doesn't it :haha: .

But you are right, sometimes (not often) it's good to try and go on a rampage, mostly when sitting in a tank. But even in the street fight you are 10x stronger with a few guys to help. Definately a medic in the back, maybe 2 for when 1 gets blown to pieces...

I'm usually of most use when I'm a medic. I die less times, because my priority is to heal people not kill them. I just hide somewhere until someone dies.

:haha: Yeah

I was so funny when I played it the other week. I was at my friends house playing as a medic, hiding behind a few boxes on a roof. Someone was there being a sniper and both me and my friend said at EXACTLY the same time "I hope he dies!" :haha: Such a coincidence, he knew exactly what I was thinking.

Well I hope that, when we play together and you are my medic, the respawn time isn't too short because otherwise the worms are already crawling through my torso when you arive :haha:

The ultimate stragegy game is definetly Counter-Strike. If you rush in a Counter-Strike round, you'll be arse-raped.

Reinstalled it today but after about 10 minutes it switches to desktop. Pretty enoying... Whatdoes that? I don't think it has something to do with BF2 because when playing NR2003, it lately does the same. Only not that often, I think.
