Perez has got to be asked to go round and catch up back to third.
Putting Perez in P3 goes against the sacred principle of having to complete the same race distance.
If he is allowed to stay on the lead lap then all the others should appeal with the Stewards.

At each red flag, they switch back to the order of the last lap everyone completed. That is how Hamilton could get his lap back in Imola 2021.
