Alain Menu ran his Chevrolet Cruze in this special livery commemorating the Michel Vaillant comic series at the Portugal rounds of the 2012 World Touring Car Championship. He finished 5th in Race 1 and won Race 2.
At the conclusion of the 2004 British Touring Car Championship, a one-off non-championship race called "BTCC Masters" took place. The drivers were all driving identical grey SEAT Cupras with the exception of Jason Plato as his car was blue.

Not sure if I really like or hate that livery

Could be worse....
....though shouldn't that make it a contender for the worst liveries thread?
Apparently Mitsubishi was supposed to run as a team for the 2007 season with an updated Lancer WRC as part of the newly formed Manufacturer Team category, the team was meant to run by Abu Dhabi with the help from Ralliart and have Toni Gardemeister and Khalid Al Qassimi as their drivers however this would never come to fruition (likely higer ups at Mitsu were against the idea of a return), Abu Dhabi and Al Qassimi joined Ford midway of the season while Gardemeister ran with a privately entrened Lancer WRC for a few rounds of the championship. https://www.eurosport.com/wrc/season/20 ... tory.shtml
What remained of this ordeal was a Lancer WRC with Abu Dhabi sponsors.
