I'm a newbie to GPL . Been kicking around many other road racing sims and mods thereof. I live on the left side of the pond and believe that contemporary race cars have evolved far beyond any relationship to everyday vehicles. IMO they depend far too much on technology and aerodynamics for their principle performance such that a good driver is nearly an afterthought.
I would prefer they dispensed with wings and undertrays to the extent that e-prix cars have: retaining enough to stabilize the car but very little more than that. Handling performance should be a result of suspension and tires managed by a competent driver.
Besides that it is much more exciting to be able to see how the car is being driven.

Hello Roadster! Totally agree - although I don't think we should ever go back to a non-slicks, non-aero formula for racing series. Aerodynamics are here to stay but they need to be managed better so they are not so influential.
