I very much enjoyed that! The first 32 laps or so were a solid 8/10 but the remaining laps were more of a 6/10 so I shall put that as a 7/10 race. Wbu?

I thought it was a 5.5. And rounded up to 6 for the tasty Pastry.

The last time I saw a race in Miami (which was actually the first race there) I thought the track had some (positive) Long Beach vibes, but all I see now is a bland track through a beautified industrial park. Didn't help the race, which was pretty average, with some good wheel-to-wheel stuff (the drivers know how to race in close quarters), but all of it phony DRS-induced. No real story to the race, other than the lingering clouds promising some rain, and then not delivering, but jumbling up the race 'strategies'. Most entertaining part was the Ferrari intercom. Would've been five except for the totally gratuitous second safety car (the Sauber was BEHIND the white line with all four wheels and aditionally covered by a wall, who were they kidding?), so the end result is: 4.

The track isn't the worst but they need to remove that squiggly bit and make it flow better to the back straight. It will make enduring this till 2041 a bit more tolerable.
The race itself promised a lot but delivered less. I was hoping there would be some rain or a full SC. Sadly I got neither. These races are turning out a bit like "2004-style processions" - only worse because the cars are heavier and the drivers are all younger than me now.

I thought it was a really good race, lsome epic battles at the front, some argy bargy behind and plenty to keep watching I felt. I gave it 8.

5/10 here.
A reasonable race for a change. A five rating might seem chintzy but is, imo, quite good overall. Pleased to see the Williams cars going so very well. Ferrari team in serious trouble by the look of things. Better up their game and soon.

This was the first Miami GP I actually enjoyed. I gave it a 7.
Argy-bargy for the lead in the first few laps and some nice passes all in the top 10.

Excuse me. The squiggly bit is the best part of the track.

I dont like the circuit particularly.... especially the tight bits. Good to see Oscar fight with Max and win but such a dominant car. Probabbly a 5 but I went with a 6, mainly because of Williams looking good. Oh and the Ferrari radio chat.... Lewis being told Carlos was 1.4secs behind, and him asking if they would like him to allow Carlos past as well was almost a coffee spit moment for me.

6.5. Great early battles, some late tension, but not enough to raise it higher. McLaren a little too dominant in the end.
